Illusion Loch is one of the most beautiful places in all of the lands but it is also one of the most dangerous. The reason it is named Illusion Loch is because it gives the illusion that it is perfectly safe. The loch is huge and crystal clear except for a spot in the exact middle. Most don’t know it is even there before they are sucked under. Very few have managed to escape and when they have they are almost always injured severely somehow. Some say the spot is a whirlpool and some say it houses some sort of monstrous creature. Most that have escaped say that it retreated into the bottom of the loch before they could catch a glimpse of it. However some pegasi that have flown over the loch or some survivors have claimed to have seen the monster and they say it has the body and tail of an alligator but the jaws and fins of a shark. Overall it is a horrid creature but fortunately it only stays in the middle of the loch and when it does swim around it is near the middle of the loch. The land around the loch is very beautiful and surrounded by towering trees. In all Illusion Loch is a beautiful but dangerous place.

Île De Coeur is an island not very far from the mainland. You must travel a treacherous path full of jagged rocks and crags in order to reach Île De Coeur but all the hard work is worth it. The trail stretches on for a few miles. Huge stumps grow from the ground acting as if they grew there just to trip equines who aren’t paying attention to where they are running. Another danger are the slippery patches of stone where the water washes over it. That is probably the biggest hazard because if an equine falls, they could break their legs. This path is very treacherous indeed but the work pays off. Île De Coeur, which means heart island in French, is named what it is because it is in the shape of a heart. Many equines fall in love here because it is so beautiful and lovely. The beach around Île De Coeur has very pallid and soft sand which feels good on an equine’s hooves after the long walk to the island. In the middle of the island there are several trees, most being fruit trees. A small pool is also in the middle of the island so Île De Coeur provides food, water, and shade for any equines who visit. Overall Île De Coeur is a very beautiful and lovely place.

This towering mountain is the home of the neutral herd. Onyx Mountain is at least ten thousand feet high but has a path that leads up to the middle of the mountain. If you want to travel up the mountain further then you have to take a very ridged and treacherous path. Most pegasi cannot even make it to the top without climbing at least part of the path. Many curious equines that have tried to climb the mountain have lost their lives by either falling or becoming starved, dehydrated, or have been so exhausted that they collapsed and died days later. When winters comes the top of the mountain becomes covered with icy snow that stands out against the jet black mountain. The land around the mountain is where the herd resides. Small caves are indented into the side of the mountain, making small shelters for the equines during storms and such. The land around the mountain is very rich. The grass is not that tall but is enough for a hungry herd. It will take a devoted and powerful leader to rule Onyx Mountain.
